For the majority of funerals we at Green Willow Funerals would usually provide a traditional hearse as part of the funeral service. Currently as part of our fleet we provide vehicles manufactured by Volvo finished in the traditional colour of black. We also provide matching limousines whenever possible and subject to availability; each of these vehicles will carry a maximum of seven passengers. In more recent years many alternative forms of transport have become available. These include some of the following however if you have something else special in mind we would be happy to discuss it with you. As part of the funeral arrangements, Green Willow Funerals would provide, subject to their availability these specialist and unique services. A few of the alternative forms of transport to the traditional hearse, which we can normally make available to personalise the funeral. Volvo Estate Car A Grey Volvo V70 Estate ideal for when you would like to keep the funeral simple yet dignified. Horse Drawn Funerals We are able to provide a dignified horse drawn funeral service with a highly experienced and professional carriage master. Friesian Stallions otherwise known as "Belgian Blacks" draw the carriage; they are long renowned for their quiet temperament and noble standing, traits that make them the most appropriate choice for drawing funeral carriages for well over two centuries. Depending on your requirements a team of either two or four Stallions can be provided. Vintage Lorry Funerals Volkswagen (VW) Funerals VW Beetle Hearse, Limousine and Camper van options available. Volkswagen Funerals offer a completely unique service to provide an alternative funeral transport. Green Willow Funerals can help you plan a fitting funeral allowing for the personalisation of the coffin or the cremated remains casket. 4x4 or Landrover Hearse and Limousine Motorcycle Funerals A unique funeral transportation option popular with motorbike enthusiasts. Professionally riders using specialist built, DVLA certified motorcycles hearses. Motorbikes include a classical Triumph, Suzuki Hayabusa, or a Harley Davidson. Green Willow Funerals would be pleased to arrange for these specialist and unique services to be made available – quotations for these specialist services on request.

Vintage lorries have been used in many funerals but their use is most certainly not limited to those who work within the haulage industry.
The wide rear deck supports two coffins of almost any size side by side should this be a requirement. Other individuals and families have used the deck as a stage, customising it with flowers and items that depict the life of their loved one.
Vintage lorries have also been used in a number of military funerals; the colour is particularly appropriate as the blue & red match those in the Union Jack.
VW Funerals offer a 'show winning' unique VW 'Type 26' Bay window coach built hearse, the only one of its kind available at this time for hire. Simply known as 'the camper van hearse' the 1972 hearse has been sympathetically restored and painted white to match the fleet of stretched VW Beetle limousines and Volkswagen buses.
A vehicle that is not immediately considered for a funeral, however these vehicles have become more popular with 4 x 4 enthusiasts, the military, and farmers. Funeral transportation that may best represent the life that someone has led.
